This type of machine extracts oil from oilseeds such as sesame, canola, sunflower, and peanut using a compression method. Essentially, a worm screw, inside a perforated cylinder, presses the seeds within the filter cylinder, creating pressure. The friction created by the continuous rotation of the worm screw causes the oil within the seed to separate and escape through the cylinder’s holes. The solids remaining from the separated seeds are released through the hole at the end of the cylinder due to the pressure generated by the screw. The solids are technically called “PULSE.” Production is continuous. Oil production, which takes place at temperatures below 50 degrees Celsius, is called cold-press oil. This method does not fully extract the oil from oilseeds. Depending on the type of seed, 7-10% of the oil remains in the pulp. With machine modifications and speed control, oil can be extracted from a variety of seeds and kernels. For example: Sesame, sunflower, safflower, camelina, linseed, black cumin, poppy seed, walnut, almond, apricot, peach, plum seed, mustard, cumin, anise, grape seed, marshmallow seed, coconut, hazelnut, peanut, moringa, fig and cactus fig seed, etc. The oil content and productivity of different seeds vary and are directly proportional to the oil content of the seed. Production rate and moisture content of the seed, on the other hand, have a negative effect, reducing yield. If the moisture content in the seed exceeds 10%, oil separation is impossible.

MACHINE INSTALLATION
A- The location where the machine will be installed must be free of moisture and dust.
B- The machine settings are based on 230 V single-phase or 400 V three-phase voltage and 50 Hz frequency. The connection plugs are suitable for grounding, and a 3-wire plug (Phase + Neutral + Ground) is used for single-phase, and a 5-wire plug (Phase + Neutral + Ground) is used for three-phase. It is essential to provide a grounded socket suitable for these plugs at the location of installation.
C- The user must connect the grounding point on the machine’s chassis using copper cable compatible with the grounding system they have prepared.
D- In three-phase connections, the direction of rotation of the worm gear should be checked, and the correct direction should be ensured by reversing the phase connections. The electronic speed control unit’s program has been designed to suit the proper operating conditions of the machine, and no modifications should be made to the program.
